These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1. Store & Eligibility Terms

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence). Our Service is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. Products & Custom Print-on-Demand Orders

  • Print-on-Demand Model: All apparel and merch products available through our store are custom-made to order and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing partners. Because items are produced upon order placement, production times and availability may vary.
  • Product Display & Descriptions: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and details of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. Order Processing, Billing, & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or capture full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping, Delivery, & Addresses

  • Production & Shipping Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Standard order fulfillment generally requires 2 to 5 business days for production prior to shipping. Total delivery times range from 3 to 9 business days for domestic US orders and up to 25 business days for international destinations.
  • Shipping Address Errors: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments returned to our fulfillment center that remain unclaimed after 30 days are subject to donation, and reshipment or refund eligibility will be forfeited.

5. Refunds, Returns, & Claims Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Photo proof of the issue is required. Confirmed defective items will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
  • Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Size Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse: Because all items are custom-printed upon ordering, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product size guides carefully prior to placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property & Store Content

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of A Division of Local 207 Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
